Terms of use and consultation

Provider and acceptance

The contracting provider is Business Intelligence Marketing LLC, a US LLC formed in Delaware, Estados Unidos, address 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, PMB 1232, Wilmington, DE 19801, Estados Unidos, email info@buinma.com. Tarot Vidente and the practice identify the commercial offering; the LLC is responsible for the contract. These terms complement the service description and confirmation and preserve mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country. Paid consultations are for people aged 18 and over with capacity to contract.

Free readings and content

Content and experiences marked as free can be used without purchasing a consultation. Some features request data to calculate or deliver a reading by email. Delivery does not imply consent to advertising. Personal cabinet consultations are purchased separately and let you discuss your situation with a tarot reader.

Readings are symbolic, reflective entertainment. No outcomes, event dates, cures or financial benefits are promised. Personal judgement and appropriate professional advice remain the basis for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Request, purchase and confirmation

Contact the published channels to choose a service and explain your question. Before you are bound, you will receive its main features, provider identity, total price including taxes, duration or calculation method, payment, delivery, cancellation and withdrawal information. Details can be checked and corrected before confirmation.

A contract is concluded by expressly accepting the specific conditions and payment obligation through the available channel. Distance contracts are confirmed on a durable medium as required by law. The consultation language is agreed with you. Necessary contract information is retained for service delivery and legal duties; request a copy at info@buinma.com.

Prices, calls and the 806 line

Prices and hours are those published and confirmed for the chosen service. Continuous availability or immediate response is not guaranteed unless expressly stated. A national-number call may incur your operator’s charges as well as any consultation price. WhatsApp uses your connection and its provider’s terms.

The 806 line is a premium-rate leisure and entertainment service and is not free. Costs and conditions must be provided before access and through the mandatory pre-call information, distinguishing landline and mobile rates where applicable and including taxes. Charges are billed through the telephone operator under the relevant arrangement. Prices for another service do not automatically apply to this line. If price or conditions are unavailable, request them before purchasing.

Delivery, cancellation and withdrawal

Services follow the agreed format, duration and date. Communicate changes or cancellations through the contact channels; no undisclosed or unlawful penalties apply. If the practice cannot provide the contracted service, the appropriate solution will be offered, including repayment for the unprovided part.

Distance contracts subject to Spanish or European protection generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from conclusion, with statutory requirements for early commencement and complete performance. Other countries may have different periods and exceptions, explained in the refund policy. Personalisation or digital delivery does not automatically remove applicable rights.

Accounts, conduct and liability

Keep credentials and private links safe and report unrecognised access. Impersonation, unlawful sharing of other people’s data, harassment and interference are not allowed. Abusive use may be restricted proportionately, without affecting acquired rights or legitimate complaints.

Incidents and breaches are handled under applicable law. Liability for intentional wrongdoing, negligence or any matter that cannot legally be limited is not excluded. There is no guarantee that an interpretation will match your expectations or future events.

Complaints and applicable law

Complain through the purchase channel, info@buinma.com or 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, PMB 1232, Wilmington, DE 19801, Estados Unidos, identifying the service and issue. A record and response will be provided within the applicable legal period: Spanish consumer complaints under Article 21 are answered as soon as possible and within 15 days. Applicable special deadlines elsewhere are respected. Customer service requires neither a premium-rate call nor waiving recourse to authorities or courts.

Applicable law and jurisdiction respect relevant mandatory and conflict rules. US LLC status does not itself impose a state’s law or exclusive US courts on consumers. There is no general mandatory arbitration, general class-action waiver or exclusion of liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Translation does not change rights. New versions govern new contracts without retrospectively changing agreed terms.

Price, currency, taxes and international invoicing

Before payment, total price, currency, included or additional taxes and known service charges are disclosed. US LLC status alone does not create a tax exemption for sales to Spain or elsewhere. Tax duties depend on the service and destination; required receipts or invoices identify the provider.

Currency conversion or charges imposed by your bank or payment method follow its terms and are not represented as practice fees. The payment merchant name must be traceable to the LLC and confirmed purchase. Only methods enabled and agreed for that transaction apply; availability in every country is not promised.

Appointments, time zones and continuity

Appointment date, time and time zone are confirmed to distinguish Spain’s time from the Americas. Format, duration or billing unit, delivery period and access are specified. Necessary details can be checked and corrected before acceptance. If connectivity or another issue prevents delivery, an appropriate solution, including rescheduling or refund of the unprovided part, will be agreed.

Any rescheduling or no-show conditions must be disclosed before purchase and comply with legal rights. No particular penalty or total forfeiture is presumed for an unconfirmed slot. A contact preference does not guarantee continuous availability or an immediate response.

Offers, credits and recurring services

Subscriptions, renewals, top-ups or recurring charges exist only when an available offer clearly discloses them before purchase and you expressly agree. Amount, frequency, duration, renewal and cancellation will be explained. Starting a free reading, receiving its email or contacting the practice does not activate a recurring charge.

If minute packages or credits are sold, units, use, validity, balance and refunds will be explained in the offer and confirmation. This clause imports no other platform’s terms and imposes no expiry, maintenance fee or compulsory conversion to credit. Cancelling renewal, withdrawing and requesting a refund are distinct; cancellation must be legally appropriate and accessible.
