What they are and who manages them
Cookies are small browser files; local and session storage serve similar functions. The first-party technology controller is Business Intelligence Marketing LLC, a US LLC formed in Delaware, Estados Unidos, contact info@buinma.com. Technologies maintain requested functions, protect forms and remember preferences. Some appear only on sign-in, starting a reading or making a choice.
First-party technology inventory
The following inventory describes implemented technologies and their duration. The session cookie name comes from the current Laravel configuration. Technical cookies and preferences you request are not used for advertising profiles.
| First-party technology | Purpose and activation | Maximum duration |
|---|---|---|
| tarot_vidente_local_session | Maintain the requested session and protect forms; used when accessing or interacting with functions requiring a session. | 120 minutes of inactivity; may end when the browser closes, depending on configuration. |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protect against cross-site form submissions, where the flow uses it. | Linked to the session: 120 minutes. |
| remember_web_* | Remember sign-in, only when you select “Remember me”. | 400 days; revoked on sign-out. |
| tv_origin_runs | Recover a reading started in the same browser; does not identify an email recipient. | 24 hours, without exceeding the reading’s expiry. |
| tv_recipient | Remember a recipient when this feature is requested; alone it cannot open existing reports. | 30 days. |
| tv_language / tv_ui_language | Keep the language you choose for content or the interface. | 180 days. |
| tv_language_dismissed | Remember that you dismissed the language suggestion. | 30 days. |
| sessionStorage: f10-cast-* / f08.preview.wait:* | Interaction progress and retry control in the views that need them. | Until the tab closes. |
| localStorage: app.sidebar.collapsed / public.cookie.choice | Dashboard interface preference and, where used, the choice from the former cookie notice. This choice does not authorise trackers. | Until removed in the browser. |
| _gcl_* / _gcl_au | Google Ads: advertising measurement, only with marketing consent. | Up to 90 days. |
| _ga / _ga_* | Google Analytics: visits and conversion measurement, only with analytics consent. | Up to 180 days. |
| localStorage: website.consent.v1 | Cookie category choices. | Up to 180 days. |
| localStorage: website.conversions.sent | Random identifiers to prevent repeated conversions, only after accepting measurement. | Until deleted; at most 200 identifiers are retained. |
Analytics, advertising and consent
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and contact actions or readings with a verified email. These conversion events are shared with the linked Google Ads account to measure the contribution of ads. Our events do not send the email, answers or reading content. Google may process technical data, such as the IP address when receiving a connection, under its policies. Advertising storage and additional marketing code require marketing consent. Withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. If you accept analytics and reject marketing, Google may receive consent signals without advertising cookies.
If optional tracking technologies are added, they must stay off until the necessary consent has been obtained. Equally easy options to accept, reject and configure them, and to withdraw a choice, must be provided. Browsing, scrolling or closing a notice does not constitute consent. A former cookie choice does not itself authorise new purposes.
Videos, social networks and external content
The external YouTube player loads when you activate the video, using youtube-nocookie.com. Activation connects your device to the provider and may involve processing technical data or storage under its policies; enhanced privacy mode does not mean no processing at all. Social network and podcast links open their own services when you choose to visit them. Where these services require consent for non-essential technologies, it must be obtained before use.
Managing these technologies
Use your browser’s privacy or site data settings to inspect and delete cookies and storage, block them or remove them on closing. Deleting technical technologies may sign you out, reset your language or prevent recovery of a reading. “Remember me” is optional; you can leave it unchecked and sign out. Email subscriptions are managed using unsubscribe links, rather than cookies.
This information will be reviewed when technologies change. Request details at info@buinma.com. Other data processing is explained in the privacy policy.
Foreign provider, privacy and preferences
US formation does not remove cookie rules applicable to users in Spain or the EEA. Changing language, arriving from an advertisement or selecting a country does not authorise optional cookies or international transfers. The privacy policy identifies the controller, relevant representatives and international safeguards.
Technology changes and withdrawing a choice
Before new non-essential technologies are used, their information and required consent mechanism must be available, with refusal and withdrawal as accessible as acceptance. The inventory must identify purpose, provider and actual duration. Deleting browser cookies does not itself unsubscribe email or cancel consultations; use the relevant management channels. A technical choice needed for service is not advertising consent.
